Dr. Dany MacDonald has received funding from the Social Sciences Humanities and Research Council of Canada.
The funding from (SSHRC) is for a new research project: SCORE! Using technology to design and deliver positive youth sport programs. Dr. MacDonald will be collaborating with Dr. Leisha Strachan from the University of Manitoba.
Congratulations to faculty members Lori Weeks and Earlene McKinnon-Gray.
Dr. Lori Weeks was honoured with an award for Outstanding Scholarly Merit. Earlene McKinnon-Gray received the Hessian Award for Excellence in Teaching for Sessional Instructors. Both awards were presented at the Faculty Recognition Night on April 28th.
The FANS Team certainly livened things up at the recent Relay for Life event.
